Book the location first, the hotel second. In Seoul the neighborhood decides your trip — a mediocre hotel in Myeongdong beats a great one stranded two transfers from everything. Once you've picked your area from the table, filter by 'within 5 minutes of a subway station' and check which line it's on: Line 2 or Line 4 access is worth paying $10–20 a night more for, because they're the lines your whole itinerary runs on.
